Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to conclude and pass final orders on the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioners in PR No.15, 10 and 14/PR(TR)/2013 respectively, dated 03.02.2013. Mr.M.S.Ramesh Additional Govt.Pleader C O M M O N O R D E R The first respondent initiated disciplinary proceedings against the petitioners vide charge memo dated 03.02.2013. The petitioners submitted their written statement of defence. However, there was no progress thereafter. The petitioners now seek a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the disciplinary proceedings as expeditiously as possible.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that disciplinary proceedings would be completed within a period of three months.

3. The first respondent is directed to conclude the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioners as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petitions are disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
