This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Respondents for wilful disobedience of the judgment dated 03.01.2019 passed by this Court in W.A.No.691 of 2017, upholding the order passed in W.P.No.3263 of 2012. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate, produced a copy of the proceedings vide Na.Ka.No.155/A2/2021, dated 23.09.2021 passed by the Block Educational Officer, Uthukuli, Tiruppur District and submitted that, the order in question has been complied with.
In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. It is made clear that, if the Contempt Petitioner is aggrieved by the said proceedings dated 23.09.2021, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law.
