Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the Impugned Original Impugned G.O.Ms.No.99, School Education (MS) 2nd June, 2023 on the file of the 1st Respondent herein, quash the same in so far as it relates to the fixation of Per Child Expenditure for the purpose of reimbursement to the LKG & UKG classes and consequently permit the petitioner to get reimbursement as per the fees fixed by the Tamilnadu Private Schools Fee Determination Committee for LKG & UKG classes.
