(This case has been heard through video conference) The prayer sought for in this petition is to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of their arrest in Connection with the Crime No.25 of 2019 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 11.08.2020, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, hence the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'For dismissal' today. Even today, there was no representation for the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
