COMMON ORDER These petitions are filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioners herein.

2.The petitioners herein lodged complaint as against one Vijayalakshmi stating that they were searching for job and through their friend came to know about the said Vijayalakshmi and she informed that she is working in Tamil Nadu Directorate of Government Examination (DPI) as Supervisor in verification department and she has arranged Government job for many persons and thus demanded money for securing a Government job for petitioners and believing her words, the petitioners had paid her a few lakhs in installments but she neither arranged for a job nor returned the money. Though the complaint has been lodged as early as on 22.09.2015, 22.09.2015 and 05.05.2015 respectively and though the complaint dated 05.05.2015 has been assigned CSR.No.550 of 2015, till date no action has been taken. Hence, these petitions.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that now the complaint is pending with the Central Crime Branch (Job Racketing Team) and further submitted that the petitioners may be directed to give fresh complaint to the Central Crime Branch (Job Racketing Team) and if such complaint is given, appropriate action would be taken.

4.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 5.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the petitioners to give a fresh complaint along with a copy of this order to the Central Crime Branch (Job Racketing Team) within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the Central Crime Branch (Job Racketing Team) is directed to conduct enquiry on the same and upon enquiry, if materials are gathered indicating commission of any cognizable offence, is directed to proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible.

6.With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
