ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue Patta to the petitioner's house comprised in S.No.612/8, situated at Avinashi Village, Tiruppur District.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 24.12.2022 before the respondents to issue Patta to the petitioner's house comprised in S.No.612/8, situated at Avinashi Village, Tiruppur District. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Mr.M.Senthamizh Selvan, learned Government's Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 24.12.2022 will be considered within a period of six weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 24.12.2022, after issuing due notice to the petitioner and other aggrieved persons, if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
