O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Respondents for wilful disobedience of the judgment dated 03.01.2019 passed by this Court in W.A.No.611 of 2017, upholding the order dated 29.07.2015 passed in W.P.No.31087 of 2014.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate, produced a copy of the proceedings vide Na.Ka.No.227/A1/2019, dated 22.09.2021 passed by the Block Educational Officer - III, Maduranthagam, and submitted that, the order in question has been complied with.

In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. It is made clear that, if the Contempt Petitioner is aggrieved by the said proceedings dated 22.09.2021, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law.
