ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the third respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that regarding the money transaction, the third respondent gave a false complaint before the first respondent and based on the same, the respondents 1 and 2 are harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that as on date no complaint is pending before the respondents 1 and 2.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this petition is closed. If any complaint is given in future, then it is open to the petitioner to approach the Court.
