Prayer : Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the first respondent to comply the direction in Crl.M.P.No.695 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate/Additional Mahila Court, Ariyalur and Register the F.I.R against the respondents 2 and 3.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to comply the direction in Crl.M.P.No.695 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate/Additional Mahila Court, Ariyalur and Register the F.I.R against the respondents 2 and 3. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that as per the order of the Judicial Magistrate/Additional Mahila Court, Ariyalur, in Crl.M.P.No.695 of 2022 First Information Report in Cr.No.5 of 2023 was registered for the offences under Section 323, 342, 294 (b), 406, 506 (2) I.P.C r/w Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 and Section 4 of TN Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002.

3.In view of registration of First Information Report, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
