Respondent Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to extend the time for executing the Order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.31699 of 2019 dated 03.02.2020 by a further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the Order in the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition. For Petitioners : Mr.S.Manuraj For Respondent : Mr.T.Shanmugarajeshwaran, Government Advocate (Crl.side) COMMON ORDER (The case has been heard through video conference) This miscellaneous petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the Order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.31699 of 2019 dated 03.02.2020 by a further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail on 03.02.2020. Thereafter, on a mention being made, the condition was modified and the petitioners were directed to deposit the title deed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the Trial Court within a period of six weeks. He would further submit that the order copy was made on 25.02.2020 and the Courts were not functioning on account of COVID-19 pandemic situation and thereby, the learned counsel seeks for extension of time. He would further submit that the petitioners will be able to produce the documents within two weeks from the date of normal functioning of the Courts.

3. In view of the same, further time is granted for producing the documents before the Trial Court. Accordingly, the time stipulated in Crl.O.P.No.31699 of 2019 is extended and the petitioners are directed to produce the documents within a period of two weeks from the date of normal functioning of the courts. -sd/- 17/09/2020 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
