ORDER

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the respondents preferred Writ Appeal in W.A.No.3483 of 2019 and the appeal is pending before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court.

2. This being the factum, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue the contempt, if necessary, after the disposal of the writ appeal by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court.

3. With this liberty, this Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
