ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 11.09.2015. 2.The petitioner herein lodged a complaint as against one Sunder Singh stating that the petitioner had entrusted the original documents pertaining to his properties to the said Sunder Singh, but subsequently, the said Sunder Singh is denying to hand over the documents. The said complaint was not registered so far. Hence, this petition.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that enquiry was conducted on the complaint made by the petitioner and the same was closed. He also produced a copy of the closure report for the perusal of this Court.

4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since already the complaint is closed, now nothing survives in this petition for adjudication and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
