This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records from the file of the 1st respondent in proceedings no: Nil, dated 09.11.2015 and his consequential order dated 27.02.2016 and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the impugned order of the first respondent dated 09.11.2015, has already been withdrawn.
