Respondents PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.411 of 2014 within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The present Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction directing the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.411 of 2014 as expeditiously.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides.

3. It is seen that the suit was filed in the year 2014. Considering the long pendency and without going into the merits of the case, a direction is given to the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.411 of 2014 within a period of four months from the date of resumption of physical hearing of the Courts. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
