Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition, viz., requiring the Petitioners to report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 A.M. until further Orders, imposed upon the Petitioners in the Order dated 22.04.2022 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.9284 of 2022, and pass such further or other Orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.ARUN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners Crl.O.P.No.9284 of 2022 on 22.04.2022 to appear before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
