The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking transfer of the case in Cr.No.322 of 2014 pending on the file of the fourth respondent to any other independent investigating agency to conduct proper investigation.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has filed a status https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

report in which it has been stated in paragraph 9 that the respondent police has already completed the investigation and apart from A1 to A4, 11 more accused, who were also involved in this case by colluding with each other and prepared forged patta, sale deed, General Power of Attorney and sale agreement and grabbed the defacto complainant's property have also been added and a charge sheet has been filed before the Land Grabbing Special Court II, Periyamedu.

3. Since charge sheet has already been filed on completion of investigation, I am of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
