O R D E R

The present petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioners and allow the petitioners to enter, maintain and lease out the shop involved in Crime No.33 of 2013 under FIR dated 03.01.2013 and pass suitable orders.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners are the accused in Crime No.33 of 2013 . He further submitted that in fact, in the said case, the respondent police has completed the enquiry and filed the charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate-III, Coimbatore, and the respondent police had made an attempt to serve summons on the accused and there is no harassment as stated by the petitioners.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is of the opinion that there is no need of giving any specific direction to the respondents. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal original petition is closed.
