Writ Petition filed under Section 226 of Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent herein to consider the representation dated 22.07.2020 and to sub divide petitioner's patta for the property situated at South Chennai Registration District, Kundrathur, Sub Register, Kancheepuram District, Sriperumbudur Circle, Moulivakkam, bearing Survey No.1/1A Part and 6/2 Part in 'DHANALAKSHMI NAGAR' Plot No.264/3 in extended 422 sq.ft. And 264/4 in extended 418 and overall total extended 840 sq.ft.

O R D E R
This writ Petition is filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 22.07.2020 to carry out the sub division of the property and issue patta in favour of the petitioner.
2. Mr. S. Parameswaran, learned Govt. Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has been taken on file by the 4th respondent and since he was unwell, the Tahsildar was not able to conduct any enquiry. The learned counsel further submitted that the 4th respondent will complete the enquiry within the time fixed by this Court.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 4th respondent has already acted upon the representation given by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the 4th respondent to call the petitioner for an enquiry and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall submit a fresh representation to the 4th respondent along with all relevant documents and a copy of the representation dated 22.7.2020 and also a copy of this order.
4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
