O R D E R

Pursuant to the final decree dated 03.08.2000 passed in O.S.No.690 of 1995, the petitioner made a representation dated 21.04.2015 seeking issuance of patta. On its non-consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the respondent to hear any third party, if so required.
