(Order of the Court was made by N.Kirubakaran, J) The Petitioner is the requisitioning body which has to pay the compensation in case of any enhancement in the reference made to the civil Court at the instance of the respondents/land losers.

Since the petitioner is not a party to the reference, the leave petition has been filed as any order in the reference will prejudice the petitioner's right.

Therefore, petition is ordered and leave is granted.
