CR.NO.441 OF 2016 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditional order that the petitioners shall report before learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthukottai, Thiruvallur District daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders which was passed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.27768 of 2016 by an order dated 29.12.2016 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.GOPI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. R.SEKAR, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.27768 of 2016 dated 29.12.2016.

3.Since the date of imposition of the bail condition, petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. 4.I am satisfied.

5.In this circumstances, the petition is allowed.
