ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 16.03.2026 and to give necessary police protection to the petitioner and his family members in respect of his property in Patta Nos. 63 and 64 at Karapattu Village, Thiruvennainallur Taluk, Villupuram District.
2.The petitioner submitted a representation dated 16.03.2026 to the first and second respondents seeking police protection. In the complaint he stated that as per the Civil Court order he came in possession of 16 acres 90 cents land. Now this land was attempted to be usurup by the respondents 2 to 4 by creating forged documents and also trying to encroach the property. Further, the revenue authorities issued patta in the name of the petitioner. Hence, sought for police protection.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on the complaint of the petitioner, CSR No.490 of 2026 assigned, thereafter summons issued to the petitioner to participate in the enquiry and produce relevant documents. But the petitioner not responded to the summons. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is ready to appear before the second respondent police on 27.04.2026 along with supporting documents.
5.In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police on 27.04.2026 along with a complaint copy and supporting documents. Thereafter, the respondent police to continue with the enquiry in C.S.R.No.490 of 2026 with the petitioner and counter petitioner and take appropriate action.
