This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in crime No.28 of 2023 dated 18.01.2023 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kandamangalam Police Station, Villupuram District as against the petitioners. 2.

The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation in crime No.28 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent police, final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Villupuram on 02.11.2023. 3.

In view of the above submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
