Natham Survey No.318/39, allegedly measuring to an extent of 550 Sq.feet, situated at Pudhuvoyal Village, Gummidipoondi Taluk, Thiruvallur District and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, colourable exercise of powers and also in violation of the judgments of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and also this Court apart from violation of their own department Circular issued by the Additional Director General of Police, Tamil Nadu C.No.18/ADGP/L & O/Camp/2024, dated 09.01.2024.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed challenging the impugned summon, dated 02.04.2025, issued vide Ref.C.No.86/DSP-DCB-II/TVLR/2025, dated 01.04.2025, by the second respondent in respect of a civil dispute raised by the third respondent regarding a house site, comprised in Grama Natham Survey No.318/39, allegedly measuring to an extent of 550 Sq.feet, situated at Pudhuvoyal Village, Gummidipoondi Taluk, Thiruvallur District.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed before this

Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the third respondent, the second respondent issued notice to the petitioner, conducted a detailed enquiry and subsequently, closed the same.
