Instant application has been filed by the applicant/Company to appoint employee of the applicant viz., Mr.R. Jagdeesh, Executive to seize and take possession of the vehicle, which is more fully described in the schedule to the Judges Summons which is lying in the custody of respondent or his men, agents, servants from his premises at No.66, Guttahalli Village, Bangarpet Taluk, Kolar District, Karnataka 563 114 or wherever found with Police aid and break open of premises if necessary.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, through Video Conferencing, M/s. L.F.Shika, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that award is passed in the year 2016.

3. In such a view of the matter, instant application is closed. It is open to the applicant to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
