This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.
3. It is open to the Investigation Officer to issue notice to the petitioner, enquire him and proceed further and if no cognizable offence is made out, the Investigation Officer may close the complaint. Further, the respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
