Prashanth Gopal COMMON ORDER The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement. As per the terms of settlement, the respondent has paid part of the settlement amount and they have agreed to pay the balance amount on the stipulated date. She would also submit that in view of the settlement, application in OA.No. 347 of 2024 may be dismissed as withdrawn. She has made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle. However, she seeks liberty for the applicant to file a fresh application in case the respondent defaults in the payment of the balance amount due to the applicant.

2. In view of the settlement reported in O.A.No.347 of 2024 and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the application in

OA.No. 347 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty as prayed for is granted. Consequently, the connected Applications, namely Arb.A.No. 254 & 255 of 2024 are closed.
