ORDER

The above application has been filed to revoke the Succession Certificate issued by order dated 24.10.2018 in O.P.No.1055 of 2017. The revocation is sought for on the ground that the applicants are the first wife and children of the deceased Vetriselvan and that the respondents in this application has deliberately suppressed this fact and obtained a Succession Certificate in their favour. The respondents do not deny the fact that the applicants herein are the wife and children respectively of the deceased Vetriselvan.

2. In view of the above and since the Succession Certificate has been obtained suppressing the existence of the applicants and without notice to them ends of Justice requires that the order dated 24.10.2018 in O.P.NO.1055 of 2017 to be revoked and is accordingly revoked. The application is ordered as prayed for.

3. Consequently, the petitioners in O.P.No.1055 of 2017 shall carry out the necessary amendment to the main petition and file the amended copy by 20.08.2020.
