ORDER

The petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2026 and thereby direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service from 31.12.2025 with all consequential monetary and other service benefits.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he was appointed as Panchayat Secretary on 31.03.2003 and his service was regularized by the respondents. While so, on 22.12.2025, a charge memo was issued against him, for which, the petitioner also gave an explanation. But, without conducting any proper enquiry, the third respondent, by proceedings dated 31.12.2025, suspended the petitioner from service.

3. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner made a representation dated 17.03.2026 to the second respondent, for which, there is no response till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the relief now sought for by the learned counsel for the

petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2026, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
