By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the third respondent to issue patta in respect of her property bearing Plot No.57-A, Jothi Venkatachalam Nagar, Main Road, Madambakkam, Chennai 600 126, measuring to an extent of 1080 sq.ft. comprised in Survey No.736/2, Madambakkam Village, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District pursuant to direction issued by the District Revenue Officer, Kancheepuram in Memo O.Mu.No.13142/2018N1 dated 27.06.2018 based on her representations dated 09.03.2015 and 09.02.2017. 3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted representations
dated 09.03.2015 and 09.02.2017 claiming the relief as prayed in this writ petition, but, the said representations are yet to be disposed of by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
4.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents, submitted that the respondents be directed to consider the petitioner's representations and pass orders in accordance with law.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2015 and reminder dated 09.02.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
