ORDER
It is revealed from the order sheet that when the matter came up for hearing on 18.10.2016, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Hence, the petition was directed to be listed under the caption "For Dismissal" on 19.10.2016. On that day, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the matter was adjourned to 09.11.2016. When the matter came up for hearing again on 10.11.2016, at the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the registry was directed to remove the caption and list the matter today (24.11.2016).
2. Even today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Therefore, it is presumed that the petitioners do not have any interest in getting on with the petition. Hence, this Court is of the view that this Civil Revision Petition deserves to be dismissed for non-prosecution. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution with the cost of the respondent. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
