This Petition has been filed to extend the parole time of petitioner's husband named Suryamoorthy @ Moorthy, granted by an order dated 26.08.2020 in H.C.P.No.1182 of 2020 for further period of 15 days. 2.Heard the parties. It is seen from the records that as per the earlier order of this Court dated 26.08.2020, the detenu was already released on 27.08.2020 and returned to prison on 10.09.2020. Further, this Court is not convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Petition and the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. Hence, this Petition is dismissed.
