Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to approve the admission of the three candidates viz., 1.P.Karthikeyan; 2.M.Usha Rani and 3.S.Thamizhanandhi of 20082009 batch of the petitioner institute at the first year Diploma in Teacher Education Course at the petitioner institute viz., Aditya Teacher Training Institute, Puducherry, and consequently direct the respondents to permit the aforesaid three students to complete the Diploma in Teacher Education course at the petitioner Institute.
