The petitioner prays to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay the retirement benefits and pension to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner as per G.O. issued by the Tamil Nadu Government and to pass orders.

2.When the matter was called on 12.06.2018 morning there was no representation for the petitioner and hence the matter was passed over to 2:15 p.m. Even at 2:15 there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence the matter was adjourned to 19.06.2018. As there was no representation for the petitioner on 19.06.2018, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption "for dismissal" on 20.06.2008. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for Non prosecution. No costs.
