JUDGMENT
This second appeal has been filed against the Judgment and Decree dated 30.06.2015 passed in A.S.No.26 of 2004 on the file of the Sub Court, Madurantagam, reversing the judgment and decree dated 24.07.2014 passed in O.S.No.293 of 2009 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Madurantagam.
