The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 179 days in preferring the above criminal revision petition.

2. Though the name of the respondent was printed in the cause list, there is no representation for the respondent.

3. Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the petition and considering the inordinate delay, this Court considers it appropriate to allow this petition on payment of costs. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 179 days in preferring the above revision petition, is condoned subject to payment of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority _________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
