Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for entire records, which culminated in passing the order bearing Reference No.CR CELL/37/SZ/CV/2014-15, dated 07.01.2016, on the file of the first respondent and to quash the same and consequently, to direct the respondents to pay all the monetary benefits arising out of CPF 90%, CPP, Pay Fixation, Wage Revision, Arrears and other monetary benefits, within the time to be stipulated by this Court.
