JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.) The learned Single Judge, by an order dated 21.02.2012 in W.P.No.20207 of 2008, remanded the matter for fresh consideration. The learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this intra court appeal, with liberty to take up all the contentions available to the appellant before the Writ Court.
