Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.5494 of 2021 dated 26.03.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.VASUDEVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5494 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 174 Cr.P.C. altered to 302 of IPC in Crime No.1 of 2020, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court modify the condition already imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. till the investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed and thereafter, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

shall appear before the concerned trial Court at 10.30 a.m. on each and every date of hearing.
