The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to permit her to undergo the entire course of study in D.T.Ed.(Diploma in Teacher Education).

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication. 3.On the other hand, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he was unable to contact the petitioner to get instructions in this regard.

4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is inclined to close the writ petition, recording the said submissions.
