The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to not to harass the petitioners except due process of law.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on receipt of the complaint from the counter party, he was issued with CSR No.539 of 2020. Thereafter the respondent police conducted detailed enquiry and closed the CSR on 30.08.2020. Therefore, no complaint is pending as against the petitioner on the file of the respondent police. 3.Considering the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petition becomes devoid of merits.
