Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted by order dated 14.06.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.13080 of 2020 in so far as the direction to the petitioner to appear before the Learned Magistrate for the purpose of executing bond and sureties is concerned. Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.SATHISH RAJAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 14.06.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to surrender.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court and execute the sureties. All other conditions remain unaltered.
