(Order of the court was delivered by M.M. SUNDRESH,J.,) The petitioner has filed the above writ petition seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
upgrade the middle school, which is situated in Peramandur Village, Villupuram District within stipulated time. 2.
The grievance of the petitioner is that no upgradation has been done from the middle school to high school despite the fact that the school has been functioning in the same position for the past fifty five years.

The learned Government Pleader Incharge, appearing for the respondents would submit that the request made is not feasible for consideration for the present Academic Year, however, for the next Academic Year, the request would be considered in accordance with law by taking into consideration of the students, building and the available space. 4.
The said submission is recorded. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 11.09.2017 with respect to the upgradation of the school from middle school to high school for the Academic Year 2018-2019 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
