Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the anticipatory bail condition imposed by this Honble court in Crl.OP.No.10132 of 2021 by order dated 14.06.2021 that directs the petitioners to appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.SOUNDARRAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.Gopinath Government Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Clause 6(b) of the order dated 14.06.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10132 of 2021.

2. This Court, vide order dated 14.06.2021 directed the petitioners to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed by modifying the condition that the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. Except the above modification condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 14.06.2021 stand unaltered.
