ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to forbear the respondents 1 & 2 from evicting the petitioner from her STD shop business in the building belonged to Arulmigu Sri Adhi Sivasakthi Vinayagar Temple at No.1 South canal Bank Road, Near Bus Depot, Mandaveli, Chennai - 600 028. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is running her STD shop in the land belonging to Arulmigu Sri Adhi Sivasakthi Vinayagar Temple at No.1 South canal Bank Road, Near Bus Depot, Mandaveli. Since an attempt was made to vacate the petitioner from the said place, by the first respondent, the present writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to approach the Vending Committee for issuance of license, as per her application dated 02.02.2018 and he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition.

4. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the vending committee for issuance of license. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
