ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who were arrested on 15.06.2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 147, 148, 307 and 302 of IPC in Cr.No.1554 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. These are the second bail applications and the first bail applications were dismissed by this Court on the ground that the petitioners were detained under Act 14.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the Detention Orders have been set aside by this Court and therefore, the present applications have been filed by the petitioners.

4. On a reading of the FIR, it seen that the deceased in this case had gone to Saidapet Court and was returning home and at that time, these petitioners and the other accused had brutally attacked the deceased resulting in his death.

5.Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the

deceased is a history sheeted rowdy and he had picked up quarrel after consuming liquor.

6. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the coaccused in this case are still in jail and investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed in P.R.C.No.58 of 2017 before the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet and committed proceedings are yet to be completed.

7. In such view of the matter, these bail applications are dismissed with liberty to renew the same after committed proceedings are completed.
