ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on his online application, dated 19.02.2025 and representation, dated 28.02.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's online application seeking transfer of patta on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's online application, dated 19.02.2025 seeking transfer of patta Page No.2 of 4
in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
