(The case has been heard through video conference) The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the 1st and 3rd respondents to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 08.07.2020 to cancel fraudulent registration.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.T.Dharani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
