O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to conduct further investigation in

Crime No.32 of 2025 registered for offence under Section 194 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the crime of the year is 2025, it is alleged that the petitioner's son committed suicide in the house of the petitioner.

3. In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.32 of 2025 and file a final report, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent is directed to monitor the investigation conducted by the second respondent.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
