..Respondents PRAYER- This appeal is filed against the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.341 of 2012 dated 18.08.2015 on the file of the XVI Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, confirming the judgment and decree of the VIII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court at Chennai dated 21.02.2012 in O.S.No.12383 of 2010.

J U D G M E N T

When the matter is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel for the appellant and the respondents 1 and 2 are present and represented that the

matter is already settled between the parties through Mediation. They also filed a joint memo of compromise dated 25.02.2025 to that effect. 2.

This Court also perused the joint memo of compromise filed by them which shows that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. Today the appellant handed over the key to the respondents 1 and 2, who are present in the Court.

Recording the compromise, this Second Appeal is disposed of. The joint memo of compromise shall form part of the decree. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
